Test Host Isolation — RENAMED

renamed

This policy was renamed `test-host-isolation` → `heavy-work-isolation` on 2026-05-24. The slug "test" was too narrow: the principle isolates ANY heavy/long/destabilizing host work (test, build, compile, package, publish/CI, ISO, benchmark, simulation), not just tests.

This is a non-normative redirect stub. The canonical policy now lives at heavy-work-isolation.kmd.

test-host-isolation was renamed to heavy-work-isolation because the old name implied the rule only covered tests, while it has always governed any heavylongdestabilizing work on the host — including compilation, packaging, and release/CI pipelines (the case that surfaced this: /k-reinstall kterm v1.32.3, 2026-05-24, where a CI release build saturated the developer laptop).

Inbound references (~64 files) are being swept to the new path under projects/koder-stack#163. Until that completes, this stub keeps old references resolving. Do not add new rules here — edit heavy-work-isolation.kmd.
